Milan Keleceni SS2026 – tailoring inspired by summer sunsets.

From the lightest suits to stylish casual separates, showcasing the best tailoring cloth to wear at the height of summer.

The Ultimate Summer Suit

Constructed from Loro Piana’s wool/silk/linen blend suiting cloth, these lightweight suits combine breathability, drape, and a luxurious hand—light enough to wear through humid nights yet structured enough to retain an elegant silhouette. We prefer a double-breasted cut for a louche and elegant summer look.

Either formal or casual: pair them with a silk-knitted tie and crisp shirt for refined events, or dress down with a knitted T‑shirt, open-collar linen shirt, and dainty summer loafers for an easygoing, polished look.

Available in a myriad of colors and selective patterns, this cloth looks best in an earthy color palette, with a standout brick red for a seasonal pop.

The Travel Jacket

The Travel Jacket expands the range of garments available within the Milan Keleceni made-to-measure offering. While traditional custom tailoring is often associated with formalwear and structured jackets with full canvassing, the collection also responds to the need for a versatile casual wardrobe that maintains both elegance and functionality.

The design is rooted in the principles of softly constructed, fully canvassed tailoring—an approach that continues to define refined menswear silhouettes. At the same time, the Travel Jacket introduces a more relaxed interpretation. Inspired by historic menswear references, from safari jackets to French workwear, it combines elements of both traditions in an unconstructed shirt-jacket hybrid designed to move easily between different situations.

The collar and lapel allow the jacket to be styled in multiple ways: layered with fine knitwear during travel or paired with a classic shirt in a more formal setting. A drawstring back combined with double vents adds shape and subtle visual interest while ensuring comfort and freedom of movement. Practical interior pockets provide secure storage for essential belongings.

The piece shown is crafted from a wool, silk, and linen plaid by Loro Piana, offering a breathable and crease-resistant option well-suited for warmer seasons.

As with classic made-to-measure tailoring, clients can create their own Travel Jacket from hundreds of different fabrics depending on their needs and wishes.

The Denim Overshirt

The Denim Overshirt was developed in collaboration with Massimo Pasinato of MAX, combining the design approach of Milan Keleceni with the brand’s expertise in craftsmanship. Conceived as a versatile spring and summer layer, the piece reinterprets the classic overshirt with carefully considered details and a refined construction.

While the silhouette remains clean and easy to wear, the design subtly evolves the traditional overshirt format. The chest pockets are inspired by a historic U.S. military garment, introducing a functional reference that adds character to the piece. At the same time, contrast stitching highlights the depth and texture of the Japanese denim fabric.

The choice of Japanese denim plays a central role in the jacket’s character. Known for its beautiful indigo-dyed blue color and its distinctive texture, the fabric develops a unique patina over time, allowing the garment to age beautifully with wear. The contrast stitching not only references classic denim workwear but also enhances the visual richness of the material.

Designed as a transitional wardrobe staple, the Denim Overshirt can be worn as a lightweight jacket during warmer months or layered under outerwear in cooler weather. It pairs naturally with tailoring-inspired pieces from the collection as well as more casual garments, making it an easy yet distinctive addition to a modern wardrobe.

The Sunday Trousers

The Sunday Trousers reflect the brand’s design philosophy.

They are crafted from undyed, deadstock cotton denim sourced from Italy. Denim production is widely known for its high water consumption, but in this case, the fabric had already been produced and was available as deadstock. By working with existing materials, the design avoids creating additional environmental pressure while giving the fabric a new purpose.

In line with this approach, the trousers are manufactured in Budapest, the city where the brand is based. Supporting local production and a more responsible way to create ready-to-wear clothing are just as important as the design of this product.

The heavy cream cotton offers a comfortable feel, especially in a relaxed silhouette. The trousers feature a slightly wider leg and an easy, comfortable opening. Their shape is inspired by vintage French navy trousers, reinterpreted with subtle adjustments to achieve a more contemporary fit.

Versatility is central to the design. The Sunday trousers can be styled casually with canvas trainers and a T-shirt, or dressed up with suede loafers and a jacket for a refined smart-casual look. They are designed to move easily between different occasions while maintaining a clean, understated character. Not only for the weekend!

Alongside the new pieces presented this season, several core items from the collection remain available. These include the brand’s signature polo shirts, as well as a selection of shirts, knitwear, and tailored jackets - timeless garments that continue to define the understated elegance and versatility of the wardrobe.

This season also introduces a refreshed range of accessories. The selection has been expanded with new scarves, ties, pocket squares, umbrellas, and socks, offering refined finishing touches designed to complement the garments and bring additional character to everyday dressing.
